Get Gorgeous Feet for Summer! Green Angel Foot Repair Treatment Review

It's that time of year when your cosy boots are put away for another year and we brave the elements in flipflops and sandals. Toes, heels and soles get exposed and we suddenly have to get our poor neglected feet in top condition!

First fill a large container with warm water. Soak your feet and use the Seaweed soap (smells beautiful) to cleanse your feet.

Next up take a small amount of the Foot Smoother and gently massage into your damp feet. Again this smells lovely and feels amazing!

Apart from the obvious apps like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram there are tons of others that add a little something to your day. Here are my picks!

Pocket Yoga- €2.69

Chose between five yoga workouts at a chioce of 30/45/60 minutes each. There is a voice over talking you through each pose and the option of reading up more on each pose.

 Personally I'd rather work from a video as the iphone isnt the easiest to keep glancing at but for an App it is pretty impressive. Great if you travel alot and want to get some evening yoga sessions at your hotel. 

Davina Fitness-FREE

I wont lie. I sneered when I saw this initally. How wrong was I?! This is simply the best fitness app I've come across. And it's free. GET IT NOW!!

Nature Space-FREE

This app is basic. 6 different nature sounds. That's it! And that's all you need. Close your eyes and listen on the tube/train/bus/plane for instant calm. Simple and effective!

Simply Being €0.89

A mediatation app. Gives you a choice of length and sounds and then gives you a simple mediation to listen to.

Again nice to have this on the iPhone as a quick fix when your reaching breaking point!

Spirit Junkie-€1.79

An alarm clock app by Gabrielle Bernstein. Gives you the choice of some gentle, calm alarms as opposed to the ear splitting bell you may be used to! Dont worry, they do wake you up! Also you get an affirmation to start the day with. Nice!

new Lush massage bar formulation-REVIEW

I admit, when I opened my parcel from Lush and saw the bar of Each Peach I thought it was mouldy...

The new formulation gives the bars a different appearance that can look a bit furry if it gets a battering in transit. Once I realised that I was just being silly I saw that the massage bar was actually full of bubbles, very much like an Aero bar. This new formulation is purely to make our lives easier. The good people at Lush have aerated the classic solid bars in order that they melt much quicker. 

I have been a fan of the solid bars for ages so I couldn't help think that this was an unnecessary adjustemnt. I was wrong. SO wrong! The new formulation rocks. Well done Lush, thumbs up from me!

In a nutshell- Lush massage bars are now full of bubbles. Same great ingredients, same great result but better to use.
